Feb. 3:
Domestic violence complaint received at 4 a.m. in the 800 block of Kathryn Boulevard, Villas. Rights were given and no complaints or restraining order issued.
Driving while intoxicated arrest at 7:51 a.m. at Route 109 and Ocean Drive near beginning of Garden State Parkway. Driver was also found in possession of counterfeit U.S. currency.
Report of harassment at 8:35 p.m. in the first block East New York Avenue, phone calls made to victim and citizen signed complaint.
Report of harassment at 9:53 p.m. in the 100 block Maryland Avenue, phone calls made to victim and citizen signed complaint. Additional domestic reported and temporary restraining order granted.
Report of theft at 11:58 p.m. in 200 block East Wilde Avenue, Villas. Vehicle was entered and purse and DVD head unit taken valued at $400, investigation continues.
Feb. 4:
Burglary reported at 12:20 p.m. in the 200 block of Glenn Creek, jewelry taken from residence. Follow-up was made by detectives which ended to one arrest.
Disorderly conduct in the area of Kentucky and States avenues, reported as a bloodbath. Upon police arrival, two juveniles were fighting in the street. Charges pending and juveniles treated by rescue and hospital.
Report of theft at 8:12 p.m. in the parking lot of World Gym. Vehicle was entered, and a purse with contents valued at over $200 was taken, investigation continues.
Report of an assault involving two subjects at 12:55 a.m. in the first block of East Delaware Parkway, Villas. Upon police arrival, found verbal argument only, and parties left the area.
Report of harassment at 12:00 a.m. in the 100 block of Maryland Avenue, phone calls made to victim and citizen signed complaint.
Feb. 5:
Motor vehicle stop and DWI arrest at 11:15 p.m. in the 700 block of Route 9, Erma.
Domestic violence complaint received at 11:38 p.m. in the 300 block of Washington Boulevard, North Cape May. Rights were given. No complaints or restraining order were issued.
Report of theft at 11:47 p.m. in the 700 block of Pilgrim Plaza, North Cape May, reporting party believes a friend entered residence and possibly removed item, investigation continues.
Feb. 6:
Domestic violence complaint received at 8:30 a.m. in the 700 block of Caspian Avenue, North Cape May. Rights were given and arrest made for criminal mischief.
Report of child endangerment in the 700 block of Caspian Avenue, North Cape May. Caregiver was found under the influence and charged with endangering the welfare of a child. Suspect was transferred to county jail.
Report of theft at 3:25 p.m. in the 100 block Old Mill Drive, North Cape May, party reports theft of scrap metal, valued at $200, investigation continues.
Domestic violence complaint received at 8:42 p.m. in the first block of Beachhead Drive, North Cape May. Rights were given and temporary restraining order denied.
Feb. 7:
Report of explosive device at 9:16 a.m. in the 100 block West Bates Avenue, Villas, Atlantic City Bomb Squad notified and responded to removing old ordnance. Item was taken to Atlantic City for destruction.
Report of criminal mischief at 11:16 a.m. in the 100 block of Maple Avenue, Villas, tires were slashed on a motor vehicle.
Report of harassment at 12:31 p.m. in the 200 block of East Pacific Avenue. Harassment was made by neighbor to victim, complaint was pending.
Report of theft at 3:39 p.m. in the first block of Kentucky Avenue, Villas. Party believed someone entered residence and possibly removed jewelry valued over $3,600, investigation continues.
Feb. 8:
Report of motor vehicle theft at 5:02 a.m. in the 200 block of Fishing Creek Road, Erma. Vehicle was recovered in Cape May Beach area. Investigation continues.
Narcotic arrest at 2:24 p.m. in the area of Bayshore Road and Baywood Drive, North Cape May. Suspect was charged and released.
Report of theft at 7:21 p.m. in the parking lot of World Gym, Vehicle entered and wallet including contents taken, investigation continues.
Feb. 9:
Motor vehicle stop and DWI arrest at 12:17 a.m. in the area of Seashore Road and Ernest Winfield Drive, Erma.
Warrant arrest at 1:45 a.m. in the 100 block of Sheridan Drive, Erma. Subject wanted by the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office arrested and transported to county jail.
Warrant arrest at 8:16 a.m. in the first block of Vacation Road, Villas. Subject posted bail.
Warrant arrest at 9:28 a.m. in the first block of Pinetree Drive, Villas. Subject posted bail.
