VILLAS – Lower Township Councilman Thomas Conrad announced that Lower Township is planning an opioid awareness event similar to those held in other municipalities recently. Plans are still being developed concerning the program, but the township anticipates holding the meeting on Oct. 9 in concert with the Lower Township Healthy Youth Coalition.
