LOWER MUNICIPAL COURT DISPOSITIONS

ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Crystal Linton, 25, North Cape May, careless diving. $139 fine and costs.
Brian McWilliams, 28, Wildwood, failure/refusal to have motor vehicle inspected. $89 fine and costs.
Timothy Marko, 36, North Wildwood, driving while suspended; unregistered vehicle, $1,128 fine and costs; six months drivers license revocation; 20 days county jail.
Barbara Scott, 70, North Cape May, failure to stop or yield. $139 fine and costs w/civil reservation.
Holly Birch, 27, Bordentown, failure to inspect vehicle. $ 139 fine and costs.
Michael Clark, 25, Villas, fail to exhibit documents; unsafe driving. $578 fine and costs.
Kevin Danze, 26, North Cape May, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Amanda Effen, 29, Villas, fail to exhibit registration. $189 fine and costs.
Jan Erdman, 19, Villas, possession of alcoholic beverage by a minor. $558 fine and costs.
Abraham Perez, 19, Charleston, SC, unlicensed driver. $229 fine and costs.
Brandon Ivens, 20, Rio Grande, driving while suspended, two offenses. $1,828 fine and costs; 12 months drivers license revocation; two year registration suspended; 15 days county jail (credit for time served.)
Jason Mansfield, 30, Villas, unlicensed driver. $189 fine and costs.
Laura Mansfield, 27, North Cape May, unlicensed driver. $89 fine and costs.
Daniel Sincavage, 28, Rio Grande, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Tuan Nguyen, 43, Court House, reckless driving. $239 fine and costs; six months drivers license revocation.
