LOWER MUNICIPAL COURT DISPOSITIONS

ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Brittany Holmes, 20, of North Cape May, shoplifting. $408 fine and costs.
Donta Baez, 23, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Sandra Brewster, 47, unsafe driving, fail to wear seatbelt, fail to use child restraint. $547 fine and costs.
Nicholas DiCarlo, 31, of Villas, fail to exhibit drivers license.
William Ferguson Jr., 21, Villas, display fictitious inspection sticker. $139 fine and costs.
Joseph Hart, 18, Wildwood Crest, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Adam Hegarty, 22, Villas, obstructing-interfering w/passage of other vehicles. $89 fine and costs.
James Shough, 20, Villas, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Adrian Marcello Jr., 48, Little Egg Harbor, littering on the beach; operate a motor vehicle on the beach. $222 fine and costs.
Christina VonVolln, 30, Del Haven, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Sandra Wheaton, 61, Wildwood, careless driving. $139 fine and costs
Kevin Wallace, 23, Erma, simple assault; obstruction of justice. $916 fine and costs.
