LOWER MUNICIPAL COURT DISPOSITIONS

ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Cara McGettigan, 19, Stone Harbor, allowing unlicensed driver to operate. $ 264 fine and costs.
Monica Rojas, 19, Burleigh, misuse of examination permit. $139 fine and costs.
Jason Walton, 30, Weatherly, Pa., careless driving. $139 fine and costs.
Jerry Conner Jr., 22, Burleigh, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Bevarae Anderson, 51, Vilas, unsafe driving $339 fine and costs.
Sean Dunlevy, 19, Erma, speeding, $139 fine and costs.
Courtney Buggs, 22, Cape May, unregistered vehicle; fail to exhibit insurance card. $278 fine and costs.
Joseph Salladino, 31, Villas, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Chien Tran, 41, Pennsauken, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Walter Trettin, 83, West Wildwood, obstructing/interfering with passage of other vehicles. $89 fine and costs.
Francis Fair, 60, Green Creek, fail to exhibit insurance card. $439 fine and costs.
Olivia Waterman, Erma, fail to exhibit drivers license (two counts), $428 fine and costs.
Alex Scarpitti, 20, Villas, unsafe driving. $339 fine and costs.
David Booker, 47, Rio Grande, shoplifting. $258 fine and costs
Aaron Corley, 19, Villas, unlicensed driver; driving while suspended. $1028 fine and costs; one day jail, 60 days drivers license revocation.
Joseph Hoffman, 43, North Cape May, noise disturbance. $633 fine and costs.
Christopher Martin, 36, Court House, driving while intoxicated; refusal to give breath test. $1,328 fine and costs; two years, seven months drivers license revocation; 30 days community service.
Jill Moran, 24, Cape May, fail to exhibit drivers license; fail to exhibit insurance card. $378 fine and costs.
Michael Stoddard, 42, Stony Point, NY, driving while intoxicated. $864 fine and costs; two years drivers license revocation; three days community service.
