ERMA — The Lower Township Police Depart-ment reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Jorge Artenga, 22, of North Cape May, unlicensed driver. $239 fine and costs; six months drivers license revocation.
Barbara Curtin, 65, of Villas, passing a stopped school bus. $189 fine and costs.
Elizabeth Spyropoulos, 38, of North Cape May, fail to stop or yield $139 fine and costs.
Rebecca Crandell, 41, of North Cape May, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Jordan Senbertrand, of Villas, unsafe driving; unsafe window glazing. $278 fine and costs.
Dana Skain of Villas, fail to exhibit drivers license, unsafe driving, fail to exhibit insurance card. $611 fine and costs.
Christine Vicencio, 60, of North Cape May, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Shara Bentley, 23, of Villas, driving while intoxicated. $663 fine and costs; seven months drivers license revocation.
Jesus Castro-Ferrer, 27, of Erma, driving while intoxicated. $664 fine and costs; nine months drivers license revocation.
Marc DiLuzio, 31, of Aston, Pa., driving while intoxicated; failure to report an accident. $853 fine and costs.
Tamera Giesecke, 23, Cape May, fail to exhibit drivers license. $214 fine and costs.
Sandra Konidaris, 42, of North Cape May, driving while intoxicated; fail to exhibit insurance card. $853 fine and costs; 10 months drivers license revocation.
