CAPE MAY – Acting on the request of the city’s Business Improvement District, Cape May City Council introduced an ordinance April 3 to keep metered parking on Carpenter’s Lane, Lyle Lane, and Mansion Street near Washington Mall from April 1 through Dec. 31.
