Library Hosts Holiday Entertaining Program

By Lenora Boninfante

Cape May Court House – The Cape May County Library invites the public to another spectacular Cape Cuisine presentation by Chef Mark Kalla at 1 p.m. on Saturday, December 18 at the Main Branch of the library. The library is located at 30 Mechanic Street in Cape May Court House.
Chef Kalla demonstrates ideas for buffet food to have on hand during your holiday parties along with their recipes. Featured will be hot crab dip, Bũche de Noël and tender pork loin. One of the best things about this menu is that all the food can be made ahead. Participants will be invited to sample the foods that have been prepared.
There is no charge to attend; however, space is limited and registration is required. Registration can be done by calling 463-6350 or online at www.cmclibrary.org.
