DENNISVILLE – Dennis Township Engineer Jack Gibson informed Dennis Township Committee Feb. 26, that the grant process to acquire the municipality’s old schoolhouse on Academy Road is proceeding with two next stages.
“The first is a survey which a firm in Salem County will do,” said Gibson. “And the second is a Phase I environmental report which will cost less than $1,000 probably by a firm in Camden since it’s hard to get someone and it will be cheaper from this location. Both these reports are necessary so that our grant application can move forward.”
