Governor Visits Dennis Township to Talk Business, Budget

CLERMONT — Governor Jon Corzine talked over coffee with South Jersey small business owners at Avalon Coffee in Dennis Township, on Monday, March 23, 2009.
Business owners included Keltex Imprinted Apparel’s Chris Kelley, Teaberry Antiques’ Bill Lloyd, Murphy Car and Truck Depot’s Pat Murphy, JP Collins Lumber’s Roger Collins, Plumbing and Heating business owner Chris Dougherty and Dennis Township Mayor Jim Murphy.
An Associated Press article on Philly.com reported that Corzine discussed how the state’s unemployment insurance fund had run out of money and needs a loan from the federal government.
