FAA Funds Local Airport Projects

WASHINGTON — Four local airports will receive more than $3 million in federal funding from the Federal Aviation Administration for various projects.
While the bulk of the money, $1.8 million, is going to the Atlantic City International Airport in Egg Harbor, three airports in this county will share $1.3 million.
The airport in Woodbine will receive $876,550 to rehab its runway, Ocean City Airport will get $364,600 for a new storage and maintenance facility, and the county airport in Lower Township will get $71,250 to repair its drainage system.
