DCA to Help with HMGP Elevation Grants

WEST CAPE MAY – Do you want to reduce your flood insurance premium? Is your home located in a 100-year floodplain? Do you want to reduce your home’s future flood risk? If so, apply for a HMGP elevation grant, which can provide up to $30,000 of reimbursement for primary single-family homeowners to elevate.
Home need not be damaged by Superstorm Sandy. No income restrictions FEMA registration not necessary
DCA staff will be in Cape May County to assist residents with applications:
Sept. 9, 2013 – 6:00 p.m. Lower Township Town Hall 2600 Bayshore Road, Lower Township, NJ
Sept. 10, 2013 – 6:00 p.m. Ocean City Free Public Library 1735 Simpson Avenue, Ocean City, NJ
Sept. 12, 2013 – 6:00 p.m. Avalon Community Hall 3001 Avalon Avenue, Avalon, NJ
