ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department corrected, on Jan. 14, 2009, the age of Nicholas DiPrimeo, 18, of North Wildwood. An incorrect age was posted and printed based on police information provided to the Herald.
Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Ashley Brownstein, 24, of Cape May, resisting arrest. $408 fine and costs.
Dennis Cruz, 32, Woodbine, fail to exhibit drivers license, $189 fine and costs.
Nicholas DiPrimeo, 18, North Wildwood, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Karen Packer, 50, Townbank, obstructing-interfering with passage of other vehicles. $89 fine and costs.
Brian Fischer Jr., 20, North Cape May, driving while intoxicated; fail to exhibit insurance card. $853 fine and costs.
Cape May – Governor Murphy says he doesn't know anything about the drones and doesn't know what they are doing but he does know that they are not dangerous. Does anyone feel better now?
