CREST HAVEN – Freeholders authorized a contract change order, May 8 that implements a $320,240 reduction to the contract held by Thomas Barry Marine Construction for Ocean Drive bridges. This change reduces the amount to be spent on railings on the Townsend’s Inlet Bridge. The reduction also reflects cancellation of option “A” for movable span deck modifications and railings repair at Middle Thorofare Bridge.
