NORTH WILDWOOD – After a year’s worth of planning and review, the city’s Master Plan of 2018 will be incorporated into an existing ordinance as of Dec. 18.
According to Mayor Patrick Rosenello, the changes were not “dramatic” but necessary to meet requirements per state law. The city Planning Board “worked hard” on the changes. Rosenello added that changes are already in store for the Master Plan in 2019.
