NORTH WILDWOOD ─ Vacating portions of a residential street, West 14th Avenue, is not as dire as it sounds, according to North Wildwood officials. In order to have right-of-way access to repair infrastructure, the city will be able to conduct repairs without disturbing private property and improvements made by homeowners. City Administrator Ronald Simone said March 8, that an ordinance allows for that measure. The ordinance passed on second reading March 5, during the City Council meeting.
