City, Employee in Litigation

NORTH WILDWOOD ─ Mayor Patrick Rosenello and city council met in a closed session Dec. 5 to discuss a matter of pending litigation. According to City Clerk Scott Jett, the meeting was closed, but details would be made public if and when the matter is resolved. City Administrator Kevin Yecco said the litigation involved a city employee and that Solicitor William Kaufmann is authorized to settle.
