NORTH WILDWOOD – Mayor Patrick Rosenello recommended James Papperman to North Wildwood’s Volunteer Fire Company on 15th Avenue Jan. 15. Papperman came from the Junior Firefighters’ Program, an initiative taken by the city to attract future firefighters. Rosenello said that Papperman’s appointment was an example of why the program was started. City Council unanimously approved Papperman’s appointment.
