NORTH WILDWOOD ─ According to a recent order by Superior Court Judge Mark Sandson, Marina Bay Towers will be restructured, allowing the converting of two floors into condo units for sale. In compliance with the order, North Wildwood City Council passed an amendment Sept. 4, authorizing changes to the financial agreement with Marina Bay Towers. According to Mayor Patrick Rosenello, the ruling “does not change a whole lot for the city.” The 20-year agreement with Marina Bay remains virtually the same with the exception of the amendment. An additional floor will be added to the Towers.
