NORTH WILDWOOD ─ According to a recent order by Superior Court Judge Mark Sandson, Marina Bay Towers will be restructured, allowing the converting of two floors into condo units for sale. In compliance with the order, North Wildwood City Council passed an amendment Sept. 4, authorizing changes to the financial agreement with Marina Bay Towers. An additional floor will be added to the Towers.
