CG Crew Airlifts Ill Woman from Boat

CAPE MAY — The Coast Guard medevaced a woman Sept. 3 who was ill aboard a 65-foot boat four miles southeast of Cape May Inlet here.
The Coast Guard received a call at 11:16 p.m. from a crewmember aboard the Miss Chris II reporting a 47-year-old woman aboard their boat needed medical assistance.
A rescue boat crew from Coast Guard Station Cape May arrived on scene and transported the woman to Station Cape May.
The woman was transferred to emergency medical personnel and transported to Cape Regional Medical Center in Cape May Court House.
