Cape May Allows Biking, Dog Walking on Promenade Starting Oct. 1

CAPE MAY – The City of Cape May issued an executive order May 1, as a response to COVID-19, prohibiting bicycling and the walking of dogs on the promenade. 
According to a release, the executive order is rescinded and bicycling and the walking of dogs, per City Code 158-9 (A3) (4A), is permitted, beginning Oct. 1.
