CAPE MAY- Seven candidates for Cape May City Council submitted petitions with signatures by the Thursday March 18, 4 p.m. deadline:
They are:
* Shaine P. Meier with the slogan “The Voice of the People.”
* Robert “China Bob” McCafferty Jr.
* Deanna Fiocca
* John Wichterman with the slogan, “Experience and Straight Talk.”
* William H. Murray, slogan: “Building Our Future on Shared Values.”
*Jayne Dawn Brautigam, slogan:”Dawn for Council for You.”
* Allison Bjork, slogan: “Common Sense for Cape May.”
Wichterman is a former Cape May Councilman, the other candidates are newcomers to council.
