Board of Social Services’ Employees Collect Nearly 250 Coats for Needy

RIO GRANDE — The Social Work Department of the Board of Social Services in Rio Grande, New Jersey, in coordination with the Cape May County Wellness Division, collected nearly 250 coats during their annual coat drive.
For more than ten years, employees of the Board of Social Services have been collecting coats for those in need in Cape May County. All coats and winter accessories donated are distributed to Cape May County residents. Local churches and other agencies assist with distribution of the items to needy individuals and families.
