WILDWOOD ─ Sandra Richardson, resident and Realtor, pressed Mayor Ernie Troiano for more aggressive code enforcement Sept. 12. Richardson has commented in previous meetings on the conditions of several properties. City officials claim action has been taken and they will continue to pursue property owners who do not follow city guidelines.
Richardson pointed out the appearance of North Wildwood and Wildwood Crest. Troiano replied that comparing Wildwood to other communities “is like comparing apples to a hand grenade.” Troiano said he would meet with Richardson and code enforcement officer John Davis.
