Atlantic/Cape May Vicinage to Host Fifth Naturalization Ceremony

HAMMONTON – The Atlantic/Cape May Vicinage will host a naturalization ceremony for 25 new citizens from 16 countries May 3 at 10 a.m. at the Hammonton Town Hall, 100 Central Avenue, Hammonton.
The ceremony is part of the annual Law Day celebration. The naturalization ceremony is conducted by the Atlantic/Cape May Vicinage along with the Atlantic County Bar Association, the Town of Hammonton and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
Assignment Judge Julio L. Mendez will preside over the ceremony along with Superior Court Judges Michael A. Donio Ret. and Nelson C. Johnson, who will administer the oath to the new Citizens.
“This is the fifth Naturalization Ceremony that our vicinage has proudly hosted for new citizens. I congratulate and welcome the new citizens,” Mendez said.
