WILDWOOD ─ According to the Wildwood city engineer, the Army Corps of Engineers requested city commissioners to comment on its proposed 60 percent dune system plan before reviewing the city’s plan for Pacific Avenue. The design phase for Pacific Avenue is complete and ready for review, according to officials.
The Army Corps wishes to ensure that the street’s outfall lines will concur with the dune placement. Work on Pacific Avenue is slated to begin late this year.
