WILDWOOD – City Commissioners passed a resolution Sept. 25, rescinding the appointment of a building construction manager for the new Public Works building.
City Clerk Chris Wood explained the move Sept. 30, saying that the $39,000 payment can’t be transferred to another fund unless the original resolution is rescinded. Wood described the monies as “unencumbered” and may be reallocated at the end of the year.
City Solicitor Mary D’Arcy Bittner is preparing a single-sentence resolution formalizing the action.
