STONE HARBOR – During the Stone Harbor Borough Council July 17 meeting, Council Member Raymond Parzych asked for an informal “sense of the council” concerning the need for a new Beach Patrol building.
“I am not talking about anything fancy,” Parzych said, as he remarked about the “decrepit” nature of the current structure.
There was enough agreement among members of council for Parzych, who chairs the Public Safety Committee, to “get the process started.”
What the process would entail is funds placed into the 2019 budget for design and a capital budget allocation for construction of an approved design probably in 2020.
