Funeral, Vigil Held for Slain Teen

NORTH CAPE MAY – Funeral services were held Dec. 22 for Nicole Ann Angstadt, 15, of Erma. Later that day, a candlelight vigil was held in her memory at 100 Vermont Avenue, Rio Grande where her body was found by police Dec. 14.
Angstadt had been reported missing to Lower Township Police Dec. 1. As a result of an autopsy Angstadt was positively identified, Cape May County Prosecutor Robert Taylor announced in a Dec. 16 release.
Angstadt is survived by her mother Jacqueline Giordano, her father Harry Angstadt, her grandmother Geri Alexander, her sisters Heather Bradley, (twin) Alexis Angstadt, and Rachael Schmidt, and her brothers Stephen Bradley, and Harry Angstadt, Jr., according to her obituary at Evoy Funeral Home, which conducted her service.
Angstadt’s family created a GoFundMe page to pay for funeral expenses.
