UPDATE: Overnight Vehicle Fire in Woodbine Being Called ‘Suspicious’

WOODBINE– Firefighters were called to the 800 block of Adams Avenue on Thursday at around 3:30 a.m., for a reported vehicle fire.
The vehicle which was parked in the driveway of a residence was fully engulfed when the Woodbine fire department arrived on scene.
Chief Clarence Ryan called the fire marshal to the scene to investigate the fire which is being called “‘Suspicious”. Ryan could not provide any specific details as to what made the fire suspicious because the fire was under investigation. Ryan said state police detectives will continue to investigate if the fire was a result of criminal activity.
No one was injured in the fire, Ryan said.
