WILDWOOD CREST – Wildwood Crest Police received multiple 911 calls of heavy black smoke coming from multiple homes in the 7100 block Park Boulevard at 3:18 p.m. June 25.
Arriving officers found two residences fully engulfed in flames and smoke, according to a release.
One person was home at one of the residences and was alerted and left prior to the fire spreading. No injuries were reported to any of the occupants.
The fire was deemed under control by Wildwood Crest Fire Chief Ronald Harwood at 5:23 p.m., and no injuries were reported to any fire/rescue personnel.
A third home in the 7100 block Park Boulevard sustained extensive exterior damage. The exact cause of the fire remains under investigation.
