VILLAS – At approximately 7.30 p.m. Tues., April 17, the Lower Township Police Department received a call for W. Florida Ave. in the Villas of a structure fire with smoke coming out the front door.
Villas Fire Chief on scene called for multiple departments to respond. On scene were the Erma Fire Department and Town Bank Fire, with the Green Creek Fire Department coming in as back up. Heavy damage was done to the inside of the house.
Cape May County Fire Marshall’s Office and Lower Police are investigating the fire.
