No Injuries in Stone Harbor Fire

STONE HARBOR – A structure fire was reported on the 200 block 87th Street in Stone Harbor at 12:50 p.m. Sept. 17.
Stone Harbor Fire-Rescue responded. Chief Roger Stanford requested a second alarm which brought Avalon Fire Department RIT (rapid intervention team) and Cape May Court House engine and tower to the scene, according to a post on Stone Harbor Volunteer Fire Company’s Facebook page.
The fire was quickly placed under control with no injuries.
No word on what caused the fire.
