SOUTH SEAVILLE – Volunteer fire companies from Ocean View and Dennis responded to a working dwelling fire on Sunny Lane around 3 a.m. April 18.
Firefighters arrived on location and reported a two-story dwelling “fully involved,” and determined the extent of the fire to warrant exterior operations only, according to a post on Dennis Volunteer Fire Company’s Facebook page.
No injuries were reported.
Fire companies from Seaville and Court House also responded to the scene, and Avalon Volunteer Fire Department provided Rapid Intervention Team coverage. Fire companies from Goshen and Belleplain provided coverage for companies on scene.
Also on scene; Belleplain Emergency Corporation, Upper Township Rescue Squad, New Jersey State Police, Cape May County Fire Marshal’s Office and Atlantic City Electric.
No word on what caused the fire.
