WILDWOOD – Wildwood City Fire Department – Engine 38 and North Wildwood Fire Department – Engine 2 responded to a residence on the 100 block West Youngs Avenue in Wildwood for a reported dwelling fire at 5:21 p.m. April 28.
Engine 38, under the command of Captain James Grauel, arrived and found fire located in the ceiling area of a room on the second floor of the structure. The building was occupied at the time and the occupant used a fire extinguisher to help contain the fire prior to fire departments’ arrival.
