STEELMANTOWN – Fire destroyed a shed and two travel trailers Oct. 22.
Firefighters responded to the area of Seneca Trail in Steelmantown at 10:15 p.m. and found “a shed fire extending to two travel trailers with a home exposure issue,” according to a post on Tuckahoe Volunteer Fire Company’s Facebook page.
The fire was extinguished and firefighters searched the home. It is unknown if there was anyone home at the time of the fire.
The post said firefighters cleared the scene at 1:30 a.m.
The fire is under investigation by the Cape May County Fire Marshal.
