ERMA — At 819 Seashore Road at approximately 5:20 p.m., the Erma Fire Department responded to a structure fire in the detached garage of the residence. Erma was assisted by the Townbank Fire Department, the Villas Fire Department, Lower Township Rescue, and the Cape May Fire Department and police.
The fire marshal arrived on scene and continues to investigate.
The fire departments were on scene for approximately two hours to foam the building and prevent flair ups.
