VILLAS — A bald eagle was observed along the Delaware Bay beachfront here Fri., Sept. 17 at Woodland Avenue. between 8 and 9 a.m.
Herald reader Bob Olivio was ready with his camera, and shared the magnificent scene with readers.
He noted the bird landed atop the outfall pipes, which have been the cause of consternation among some residents.
