Skywatch Set at Belleplain

BELLEPLAIN — The South Jersey Astronomy Club will host a public skywatch on the athletic field at Belleplain State Forrest on Fri., Aug. 13 beginning about 7:30 p.m.
Telescopes will be set up to view planets, galaxies and other fascinating celestial objects. Admission is free.
Rain or cloudy conditions will move the sky-watch to the following evening, Aug. 14.
Bring a flashlight with a red filter (cellophane) to preserve night vision. Dress appropriately. Good shoes, bug repellent and a chair and snacks help.
