MUA to Hold Hazardous Waste Collection Sept. 11

BURLEIGH — The Cape May County Municipal Utilities Authority will hold a Household Hazardous Waste Collection Sat., Sept. 11 at the CMCMUA Sanitary Landfill, 2050 Route 610, Woodbine, 8 a.m. – noon.
Accepted will be thinners and solvents, cleaning products, gasoline and other flammable liquids, glues and adhesives, pool chemicals and fluorescent bulbs.
Unidentified wastes, explosives, radioactive materials, aerosol cans, paint, motor oil, motor oil filters, antifreeze, waste from regulated hazardous and waste generators will not be accepted.
