Make a Rain Barrel

COURT HOUSE — Join the Friends of Cape May NWR and Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Cape May County for a Rain Barrel Workshop.
Participants will build and take home their own rain barrel and learn how to install and use it at home. Rain water collection can help save money, conserve a precious natural resource, prevent basement flooding, and reduce flooding in local streams.
Friends of Cape May NWR is joining Rutgers Cooperative Extension to present this exciting and useful workshop right here in Cape May County.
Date: Wednesday, April 21, 2010
Time: 6 to 8 p.m.
Location: The 4-H Lockwood Center, 355 Court House-So. Dennis Road
Cost: $40.
