At 10:35 a..m., Nov. 2, police, fire, rescue and a haz-mat crew were on scene at 1228 Route 9 in front of an antique store on Schellengers Landing for a semi-trailer leaking an unknown substance into the air.
Route 109 is closed in both directions with no access to Cape May.
