Clean-Up Event Held at Wildwood’s Beach

By Press Release

WILDWOOD – With a cool breeze blowing across the sand and gray skies above them, more than 50 volunteers took to the beach April 25 to help clean up this city’s beach.
The 14th annual Comcast Cares Day brought volunteers to Wildwood’s world-famous beach to help ready it for the upcoming summer season.
Commissioner Pete Byron met with volunteers the morning of the event to thank them for their service to the city.
“We appreciate what you are doing,” Byron told volunteers. “It is through the hard work of civic-minded people like you that visitors to our beach have a great experience when they come to Wildwood.”
