WOODBINE – A state audit of Woodbine School District has found numerous financial and administrative errors, The Press of Atlantic City reports.
The auditor recommended the district consider consolidating or closing the school and sending students to Dennis Township, an idea school officials do not view as cost effective.
The audit covers the period from July 1, 2009 through Dec. 31, 2015. Woodbine has had a state monitor since January 2014, the report continued.
