Woodbine State Police Station Releases Arrest Report for Nov. 23-Dec. 8, 2016

WOODBINE – The following are the arrests made by the Woodbine State Police Station from Nov. 23-Dec. 8, 2016. The abbreviation for controlled dangerous substance used below is CDS.   
Arrests: The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty. This report is based on information received from law enforcement. 
Kyle Hodukavich, 19, from Upper Township was charged Nov. 23 with possession of CDS – marijuana and paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. He was processed and released. 
Billy McArthur, 20, from Millville was charged Nov. 24 with operating a motor vehicle in Woodbine while on the suspended list for DWI. He was processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center. 
Cody Bass, 19, from Dennis Township was charged Nov. 26 with simple assault for admittedly punching another male in the face several times causing visible signs of injury (minor). He was processed and released. 
William Gleeson, 24, from Upper Township was charged Nov. 28 with disorderly conduct during a disorderly person complaint at a residence in Upper Township. Gleeson admitted to, and exhibited obvious signs of alcohol impairment and became angry, spewing obscenities and refusing to follow lawful orders of the troopers. He was processed and released. 
Frances Leszczynski, 22, from Woodbine was charged Dec. 3 with hindering apprehension for giving false information as to the true and lawful identity of another person who she knew had a warrant out for his arrest during a verbal dispute at her residence. She was processed and released. 
Rubye Hutchinson, 50, from Woodbine was charged Dec. 8 with hindering apprehension for giving false information as to her true and lawful identity during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township on Dec. 2. Investigation revealed that Hutchinson admitted giving her sister’s information when on the stop because she, Hutchinson, has a suspended driver’s license. She was processed and released.

Dec. 2: Shannon Manley, 18, from Egg Harbor Township
Dec. 3: Mary Jane Stephens, 61, from Petersburg, Upper Township
Dec. 5: Danielle Ford, 32, from Seaville
Dec. 5: Jacob Cowan, 22, from Court House
