Woodbine State Police Station Releases Arrest Report for May 9-23, 2017

WOODBINE – The following are the arrests made by the Woodbine State Police Station from May 9-23, 2017.   
Arrests: The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty. This report is based on information received from law enforcement.
Brett Simpson, 24, from Court House was charged May 9 with possession of heroin (over 50 wax folds/baggies) and hypodermic syringes during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was processed and released.
Lee Jaudon, 35, from Edison, N.J. was charged May 12 with unlawful possession of a weapon (9mm handgun), possession and distribution of crack cocaine (approximately 3 ounces), possession of methamphetamine and heroin, and possession of drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. Drugs were valued at over $5,300. Approximately $5,300 was also confiscated. He was processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center.
Marcus Kelley, 18, from Court House was charged May 13 with contempt for violating a final restraining order. He was processed and released.
Matthew Franklin, 22, from Greenfield, N.J. was charged May 14 with possession of marijuana while operating a quad on the roadways in Upper Township. He was issued the appropriate summonses for operating the quad on the roadway, and was processed and released.
Khaseam Myers, 26, from Court House was charged May 15 with unlawful possession of a weapon (9mm handgun) and possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center.
George Logue, 19, from Darby, Pa., and two juveniles were charged May 17 with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Maurice River Township. All were processed and released.
Amanda Pensabene, 23, and Amanda Davidson, 26, both from Pitman, N.J., were charged May 17 with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine. Both were processed and released.
Jorge Rodriguez-Perez, 27, from Woodbine was charged May 18 with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was processed and released.
Nicholas Rodriguez, 36, from Woodbine was charged May 19 with criminal mischief for allegedly damaging a cell phone belonging to another. He was processed and released.
Jonatan Hiraldo-Perez, 30, and Gabriel Valentin-Torres, 21, both from Trenton, N.J., were charged May 20 with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. Valentin-Torres was also charged with possession of a weapon (metal knuckles with knife) and with being a fugitive from justice for an NCIC warrant in Pennsylvania. Both were processed, Hiraldo-Perez was released and Valentin-Torres was lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center.
Moin Zia, 18, from Easton, Pa. was charged May 21 with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was processed and released.
Stephen Desalis, 27, and Marc Desalis, 24, both from Court House, were charged May 22 with possession of heroin and hypodermic needles during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. They were processed and released.
Stacie Kammer, 28, from Seaville was charged May 23 with unlawful possession of prescription drugs during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. She was processed and released.

May 20: Jane Tobias, 47, from Woodbine
May 20: Terri Chopek-Ayres, 51, from Sea Isle City
