Woodbine State Police Station Releases Arrest Report for March 2-11, 2017

WOODBINE – The following are the arrests made by the Woodbine State Police Station from March 2-11, 2017. The abbreviation for controlled dangerous substance used below is CDS.       
Arrests: The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty. This report is based on information received from law enforcement.
Islam Arafa, 39, from Marlboro, N.J., was charged March 2 with theft for allegedly taking $20 worth of gas at the Marmora Wawa without paying for it. He was charged and released pending court. 
Carlea Rurner, 18, from Millville, N.J., was charged March 3 with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. She was charged, processed and released. 
Michael Johnson, 25, from Atlantic City, N.J., was charged March 4 with hindering apprehension for supplying false information as to his true and legal identity during a pedestrian contact in Upper Township to avoid apprehension for three outstanding warrants. He was charged, processed and lodged in the Atlantic County Jail on the warrants. 
Jerry Winston, 22, from Newark, N.J., and Jonathan Rodriguez, 24, from Middle Township, were charged March 4 with possession of CDS with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, and possession of CDS paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Middle Township. Rodriguez was also charged with DWI. Both were arrested, processed and released. 
Andrew Cresci, 19, from South Dennis Township, and Antonio Swift, 20, from Marmora, were charged March 4 with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine. Both were charged, processed and released. 
Jeremy Johnson, 27, from Upper Township, was charged March 5 with possession of heroin during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. He was also found to have a criminal warrant active for him from Hamilton Township, N.J. He was charged, processed and released. 
Joseph Carney, 58, from Cape May, was charged March 6 with admittedly violating a restraining order against his ex-girlfriend. He was charged, processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center. 
Jessica Donoflio, 23, from Court House was charged March 7 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. She was charged, processed and released. 
Amy Holliday, 33, from Leesburg, N.J., was charged March 9 with possession of methamphetamine during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. She was also found to have a traffic warrant active for her from Lower Township. She was charged, processed, posted bail on the warrant, and released.
DWI Arrests:
March 8: Joseph Beelis, 44, from Corbin City, N.J.
March 9: Anthony Sciacca, 33, from Clermont
March 9: Jeffrey Errickson Jr., 24, from Petersburg
March 11: Brian Beachaump, 25, from Petersburg
