Woodbine State Police Station Releases Arrest Report for July 8-Aug. 11, 2016

WOODBINE – The following are the arrests made by the Woodbine State Police Station from July 8-Aug. 11, 2016. The abbreviation for controlled dangerous substance used below is CDS. 
Arrests: The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty. This report is based on information received from law enforcement. 
Andrew Steinhauer, 38, from Egg Harbor Township was charged July 8 with theft and criminal mischief for admittedly stealing a 2015 Big Tex Dump Trailer valued at over $8,000 from a subject in Upper Township and then spray painting it in an attempt to conceal its identity. Steinhauer was processed and released. 
Traci Migliaccio, 23, from Bloomfield was charged July 12 with theft for admittedly stealing a 2009 Ford Focus from a subject in Upper Township by taking it without his permission. She was also charged July 15 with stealing a license plate off another vehicle which she used on this vehicle she had stolen July 12. Migliaccio was processed and released. The vehicle was returned to its rightful owner. 
Michael Brophy, 27, and Jessica Phillips, 27, both from Upper Township, and Lora Maxwell, 43, from Dennis Township were all charged July 12 with shoplifting and conspiracy after admittedly stealing $265 in groceries from an Upper Township grocery store. Surveillance footage showed the subjects taking the groceries without paying. They were all processed and released. 
Phillip White, 18, from Pilesgrove was charged July 13 with theft for admittedly taking several bottles of alcohol from the victim’s cooler which was on their front porch. White was processed and released. 
Terry Pierce, 25, from Woodbine was charged July 15 with obstruction for failing to comply with lawful orders during a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine. He refused to provide ID and comply with other lawful orders. Pierce was processed and released. 
Joseph Lewis, 20, from Sea Isle City was charged July 17 with possession of CDS – marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a suspicious vehicle investigation in Upper Township. Lewis was processed and released. 
John Shipley, 36, from Villas was charged July 17 with theft by unlawfully exercising possession of a package sent via mail that was not addressed to or for him. Shipley allegedly posted on his Facebook page that he took the package (contents valued at over $200). 
James Adamo, 32, from Old Bridge was charged July 23 with disorderly conduct for admittedly causing a disturbance in a Marmora liquor store while other customers were present. Adamo was processed and released. 
John Weldon, 45, from Woodbine was charged July 22 with endangering the welfare of a child and operating a motor vehicle under the influence with a minor present while on a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine. Weldon had four juveniles in his vehicle when stopped. He was additionally charged with DWI. He was processed and released. 
Doris Hannah, 58, from Dorchester was charged July 23 with unlawful possession of prescription legend drugs prescribed to another during a two-car crash investigation in Dennis Township. She was additionally charged with DWI. She was processed and released. 
Jason Hein, 32, from Ocean View was charged July 23 with simple assault (domestic violence) for allegedly striking his girlfriend in the mouth with a closed fist causing visible signs of injury. He was processed and released. 
Amy McManamy, 28, from Dorchester was charged July 23 with hindering apprehension for providing false information as to her true identity to avoid apprehension for active warrants while on a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine. She was processed and lodged in Cumberland County Jail. 
Charles Broughton, 25, from Court House was charged July 24 with burglary, aggravated assault, criminal mischief, eluding and DWI during the course of a domestic dispute. He allegedly assaulted his ex-girlfriend causing visible signs of injury, and then took off in his vehicle. He was located by Woodbine Troopers and refused to stop when signaled to do so. He later became involved in a single car crash on SH 47. He was taken into custody, processed and released due to some injuries sustained in the crash. 
Celio Junior, 31, from Philadelphia was charged July 24 with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a juvenile in the vehicle during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was also charged with DWI. He was processed and released. 
Tara McDowell, 24, from Bridgeton was charged July 25 with possession of CDS – marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine. She was processed and released. 
Christopher Keever, 33, from Seaville was charged July 26 with theft and fencing for admittedly stealing jewelry valued at over $400 belonging to his friend’s mother from her residence. He was charged, processed and released. 
Julie Kalendek, 50, from Millville was charged July 30 with possession of toxic chemicals during a motor vehicle crash investigation in Dennis Township. Investigation revealed that while driving, Kalendek purposely inhaled fumes from an aerosol can which she knew could cause impairment. She was processed and released.  
Jeffrey Justice, 41, from Woodbine was charged July 31 with trespassing for being on the property of a Woodbine campground after admittedly being advised he was no longer allowed. He was processed and released. 
Christopher Bartlett, 20, from Collegeville, Pa. was charged July 31 with possession of marijuana; drug paraphernalia, and DWI while on a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was charged, processed and released. 
Joseph Unkle, 35, from Court House was charged Aug. 4 with terroristic threats and harassment for admittedly sending threatening texts to another. He was processed and released. 
Anthony Greto, 22, from Sea Isle City was charged Aug. 6 with simple assault (domestic violence) and criminal mischief for admittedly engaging in a physical dispute with his sister which caused visible signs of injury. Dispute also caused damage to items in the residence. He was processed and released. 
Almanzor Morera, 51, from Elizabeth was charged Aug. 6 with disorderly conduct for using offensive language contrary to law in a public setting. He was processed and released. 
Tashawn Camp, 30, from Somers Point was charged Aug. 10 with hindering apprehension and possession of marijuana. In a prior interaction with Troopers, Camp had provided false information as to his true identity by giving his brother’s information. Once his true identity was learned as the person in the initial interaction, Camp was arrested for hindering. Search of his person revealed marijuana. A warrant was also found active for him. He was processed and lodged in Atlantic County Jail on the warrant.

July 24: Celio Junior, 31, from Philadelphia
July 30: Robert Pepper, 44, from Dennis Township
July 30: Julie Kalendek, 49, from Millville
July 31: Christopher Bartlett, 19, from Collegeville
Aug. 9: Zachary Blum, 22, from Court House
Aug. 10: Steven Piveteau, 54, from Green Creek
Aug. 11: Noah Platt, 18, from Woodbine
