WOODBINE – The following are the arrests made by the Woodbine State Police Station from Jan. 25-Feb. 19, 2017.

Charmaine Graves, 51, from Woodbine was charged Jan. 25 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle crash investigation in Woodbine. She was arrested, processed and released.
Jason Fulmer, 45, from Marmora was charged Jan. 31 with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. He was also found to have a traffic warrant active for him. He was arrested, processed and released.
David Riviello, 32, from Audubon, N.J. was charged Jan. 31 with possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was also found to have a warrant active for him. He was arrested, processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center.
Brian Handy, 40, from Estell Manor, N.J. was charged Feb. 4 with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. He was arrested, processed and released.
Isabella O’Brien, 18, from Linwood, N.J. was charged Feb. 4 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. She was also charged with DWI. She was arrested, processed and released.
Evan Blair, 24, from Del Haven was charged Feb. 4 with possession of heroin and marijuana during a suspicious vehicle incident in Dennis Township. He was also charged with DWI. Investigation also revealed that he had admittedly been involved in thefts from the Deptford Mall. Deptford Police Department was contacted and apprised. He was arrested, processed and released.
Michael Weinstein, 65, from Upper Township was charged Feb. 4 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a verbal dispute in Upper Township. He was arrested, processed and released.
Joel Ramirez, 42, from Woodbine was charged Feb. 5 with resisting arrest; simple assault (domestic violence); and criminal mischief during a domestic dispute in Woodbine in which he allegedly assaulted his ex-girlfriend causing visible signs of injury and damaged her personal property. He then resisted arrest by the troopers. He was also found to have a warrant active for him and was a wanted person from Cape May County. A temporary restraining order was also issued against him. He was arrested, processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center.
Cynthia Schneider, 36, from Ocean City was charged Feb. 5 with hindering apprehension for giving false information as to her true and lawful identity to avoid detection for a warrant that was active for her during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. She was arrested, processed and released.
Michael Conger, 23, from Millville, N.J., was charged Feb. 7 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. He was arrested, processed and released.
Ethan Mitchell, 20, from Wilmington, Del. was charged Feb. 9 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. He was also charged with DWI. He was arrested, processed and released.
