Woodbine State Police Station Releases Arrest, Activities Report, May 18-June 11, 2016

WOODBINE – The following are the arrests made by the Woodbine State Police Station and their activities from May 18-June 11, 2016.
Arrests: The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty. This report is based on information received from law enforcement. 
Joshua Thomas, 19, from Woodbine was charged May 18 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine. He was arrested, processed and released. 
Lindsey Mann, 39, from Upper Township was charged May 20 with aggravated assault (domestic violence) for admittedly being involved in hitting her parents causing visible signs of injury. A temporary restraining order was also granted for the victims. Mann was arrested, processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center. 
John Pettit, 28, from Belleplain was charged May 25 with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and criminal mischief (two counts) during the course of an investigation at his workplace. He arrived at his place of work, apparently intoxicated and was fired. He was asked to leave and he refused, became irate and began yelling and allegedly kicked over three flower pots. Troopers arrived and he continued on, refusing to leave and was arrested. He was processed and taken to Cape May County Correctional Center. While en route, Pettit kicked out the passenger side rear window of the troop car and was additionally charged and then lodged. 
Ivy Dan, 43, from Tuckahoe was charged May 26 with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct during follow up to an unrelated sexual assault investigation. She became very disorderly and was placed under arrest at the station. She was additionally charged with filing a false police report in the initial case. She was processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center. 
James Zimmerman, 50, from Ocean City was charged May 27 with defiant trespassing for unlawfully being on the property of the Woodbine Manor. Initially he had driven himself (while intoxicated) to the Woodbine Station to report an assault by his girlfriend in which it was later learned that she was the victim. He was additionally charged with simple assault (domestic violence) in that case along with DWI. He was processed and released. 
Jillian Elliott, 33, from Woodbine was charged May 27 with possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle accident investigation in Woodbine. She was also charged with DWI. She was arrested, processed and released. 
Blair Crabtree, 20, and Phillip Davis, 29, both from Bridgeton were charged May 28 with burglary, theft, and credit card theft for admittedly breaking into a vehicle in Woodbine and stealing ID cards, credit cards and other items valued at approximately $900. They were apprehended while trying to use the stolen credit cards. They were taken to the station, processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center. Investigation revealed they were also responsible for several other car burglaries in the area. They were also charged in those cases too. 
Benjamin Barrreiro, 30, from Ventnor was charged May 28 with possession of heroin, prescription legend drugs, and drug paraphernalia while on a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was also charged with DWI. He was processed and released. 
Mohamed Salaheldin, 26, from Staten Island, N.Y. was charged May 28 with possession of marijuana and DWI while on a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was processed and released. 
Terry Pierce, 25, from Woodbine was charged June 1 with disorderly conduct during a contact in Woodbine. While speaking with him he became irate and began using foul language and making aggressive movements. After continuing in this manner he was arrested. He was processed and released.

May 28: Eric Konyves, 43, from Langhorne, Pa.
May 28: Mehdi Hajari, 24, from Staten Island, N.Y.
May 28: Mohamed Salaheldin, 26, from Staten Island, N.Y. (DWI-Allowing)
June 3: Walter Smith, 58, from Franklinville
June 5: Edward Palasch, 20, from Woodbine
June 7: Darin Carelli, 20, from Linwood
June 10: Anthony Borneo, 33, from Rosedale, Md.
June 11: Brandon Saia, 20, from Paolo, Pa.
June 11: Bruce Beaver, 65, from Seaville
